About FrenchGo!
frenchgo.co.uk provides digital French teaching resources for educational use, including downloadable materials and online content.

All-Access Pass Licences
The All-Access Pass grants access unlimited access to all current and future resources available during your active subscription period.

• Individual All-Access Pass: Grants access for one teacher or tutor to use with their own students for educational purposes. One login provided.

• Department All-Access Pass: Grants access for all teachers to use with their students in a single MFL department for educational purposes. One login provided.

Access to the website and member area is limited to the named account holder(s), and login details must not be shared outside the licence. Resources must not be shared with other schools, tutors outside your department, or external organisations, and must not be redistributed or resold.

Permitted Use
All-Access Pass licences grant permission to use FrenchGo! materials for educational purposes only. Materials may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property
All content on frenchgo.co.uk remains the intellectual property of Frexia Limited.

Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the content, all purchases and passes are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current subscription period.

Availability and Changes
We aim to keep frenchgo.co.uk available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance or updates. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time; continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
